In order for you to send your question we first require that you confirm you have a valid email address which you can access, to which we will send the answer to.

To do so please first send a blank email (no subject or no message required) to:

You may either use the email package  currently installed on your computer (e.g. Outlook Express) or if you use a web based email account (e.g. Hotmail or Yahoo!) you should first log into your account and then send an email to the above address.

Once you have sent the email you will shortly after receive a confirmation email - remember to check for new messages - providing you with a link to the 'Ask a Question' page. Follow the instructions given in the confirmation email to submit your question.

Further Information: About 'Ask a Question'

The 'Ask a Question' page is primarily for the use of pupils that have seen one of our presentations in school.  It is however available for any young person aged 18 or under who lives in Northern Ireland.

If you live in any other part of the United Kingdom, in the Republic of Ireland or elsewhere and are aged 18 or under, you may still submit a question but you should be aware that we may not be able to answer it as our current resources limit us to focusing on meeting the needs of young people living within Northern Ireland.

If you feel that you need immediate advice please contact your family doctor, local hospital or relevant agency.

Questions that you submit to us via this form will be viewed and answered by our trained staff only and dealt with in the strictest of confidence.

Responses to your questions will be sent by email to the address that you include with this form.  Remember; if you share an email account with someone else then they too will be able to view our response - it is optional that you use your real name.
